More than two-dozen advertisers have distanced themselves from the right-wing pundit.

An advertising boycott directed at Fox News host Tucker Carlson gained momentum after a second tape emerged of the ring-wing pundit using profane and disparaging language about women and minorities. By Thursday evening, two companies — Sheex bedding and pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca — had added their names to a growing tally of companies that have yanked advertisements from his broadcast.

Some advertisers indicated they wouldn't be advertising now or in the future, while other companies released tempered statements that left room for a return to the Fox News program. It's unclear how much money the combined scandals have cost the conservative media company. Tucker Carlson Tonight raked in $97 million in advertising revenue in the first six months of 2018, according to Forbes, and has continued to be a ratings boon for the network despite the most recent controversy.

Carlson, meanwhile, has refused to apologize or express contrition for his remarks. The day after the first tapes were released he appeared on his news show and thanked Fox News for its support during what he characterized as a politically motivated attack orchestrated by left-wing critics and Twitter"mobs."

He continued:"It’s pointless to try to explain how the words were spoken in jest, or taken out of context, or in any case bear no resemblance to what you actually think, or would want for the country."

Good

Interesting media covers this but won’t cover worse things done by dems. Boycott of those who pulled out would be righteous because they cater to the Dems that try to link the co to the show. Unfortunate we have succumbed to political pressures everywhere

Look at the reaction of a guy who reaches millions, while Newsweek reaches dozens...

❄️❄️❄️

Let the list grow. He deserves to lose every sponsor he has.

'It's unclear how much money the combined scandals have cost the conservative media company.' Nothing. They're just advertising in different dayparts until The Fake Outrage Mob sees some other shiny object. You'd understand this if you were still a real media company.

Don’t buy Swanson frozen food products he’s heir to the business. FYI Devin Nunes family owns Blue Bunny ice cream, thank God it isn’t Blue Bell I might have a real conflict of interest then. 😉

Good, I’ll help him out buy buying a few 30 sec spots.

You would never say by his ratings !

Punish people with your wallet is the true power of the people!

I will start watching now

Lol, yall r just abstractly limited. It's worthless to delineate

Hahahahahaha hahahahahaha hahahahahaha

He’s no different now than he was 2 wow ago. How did he get any advertisers in the first place?

Thoughts and prayers.

it seems the lefts target him lately, he shows their true colors ?🤪

Power of the pocket...and social media.

It doesn't mean anything being that he still has a job.

Good. Tucker Carlson is heinous.
