Among FTSE 100 constituents, broadcasting company ITV PLC ITV, -5.98% saw the largest decrease Wednesday, as shares fell 5.98%

Anglo American PLC AAL, -2.06%, a general mining company, and firm SSE PLC SSE, -2.05% rounded out the top five largest decreases as their stocks dropped 2.06% and 2.05%, respectively. Shares of firm Associated British Foods PLC ABF, +2.53% and investment advisors company 3i Group PLC III, +2.41% climbed 2.53% and 2.41%, respectively.

The pound was down 0.02% against dollar GBPUSD, -0.06% at $1.2297 and 0.11% against the euro GBPEUR, -0.15% at €1.1480.
