Glaswegians have expressed their 'devastation' after a beloved 127-year-old candle business entered liquidation.
One worker told Glasgow Live: "We were told to go to the canteen. We heard that the company had undergone voluntary liquidation. We have to apply for it ourselves on the government website. Some employees have worked there for 15 years or more."
Many people also said how fond they were of the business, with one saying: "No way!! This is awful. I love this place. The staff are lovely and don’t deserve that."
