SAN ANTONIO - A popular spring break event kicks off tomorrow at Market Square, hoping to attract large crowds.Construction has been a headache for people in the downtown area for the last couple of years. One vendor, who wished to remain anonymous, reported a decline in sales since the project began, even during peak seasons like summer and local festivals.

There's some good news, though. Several closed lanes are expected to reopen by the end of the month, with the city anticipating improved traffic flow before the next major festival.
