At the end of a cul-de-sac, this 26-year-old bungalow provides 1,850 square feet of living space and a triple garage

Like the main floor, the basement has three bedrooms, a full bathroom and an entertaining area with a fireplace.Agent Faisal Susiwala listed this three-bedroom bungalow after Family Day hoping buyers were done waiting for interest rates to drop and would resume their house hunting in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. The home has a contemporary eat-in kitchen with access to a southeast-facing patio and hot tub on a 50- by 160-foot lot.
