Blackstock Market will boast a programme of entertainment, including comedy, music, sporting events

Laros, the popular Greek street food brand, is expanding to open its third site in Liverpool’s new Blackstock Market.

The new £7million venue will host a programme of entertainment, including comedy, music, sporting events broadcast live on a giant screen and a fantastic food and drink offer. Laros, one of the food vendors, is currently on Bold Street, in Mossley Hill on Storrsdale Road and as a pop up in Hotel Anfield, Laros will open in Blackstock Market this spring.

Nikolaos said: "In our restaurants, you’ll find our full Laros menu and our vegan Laros Green dishes. But in Blackstock Market, we’ve developed a different menu that fits perfectly with the market’s street food way of eating.

"With an aim to enrich Liverpool's arts and culture, Blackstock Market will feature live music from morning till night, and nightly comedy shows, offering a vibrant lineup that includes the Hot Water Comedy Club upon the venue's opening. But there's more to Blackstock Market than just music and comedy. Whisky & Water recreates the Prohibition era, with a vast selection of over 300 whiskies, and Parlour crafts the finest cocktails.
