Her response comes four days after the singer posted to Instagram that she was tired of getting dragged on the internet.

Lizzo accepts the award for record of the year for "About Damn Time" at the 65th annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, Feb. 5, 2023, in Los Angeles. An emotional post by hip-hop artist Lizzo last week stating, "I QUIT," had many fans assuming the "Truth Hurts" singer was stepping away from music for good."I just need to clarify -- when I say I quit, I mean, I quit giving any negative energy attention," she explained.

"I’m getting tired of putting up with being dragged by everyone in my life and on the Internet," she wrote on March 29. "All I want is to make music and make people happy and help the world be a little better than how I found it. But I’m starting to feel like the world doesn’t want me in it."
