Dear social media editor, have you no ethics and no shame? I’m sure there are other jobs out there for people who can copy and paste.

Yiu mean the over inflated prices that have been self correcting? Oh .. ok. Housing 🙄

I think you’ll find they’re already hit by the incompetence of the Liberal policies on bank loans. Labor’s policy will be indistinguishable from the current rout.

Bullshit.

great - non bankers can then afford to buy in Sydney

Why don't you actually ask a top 10 (Bloomberg) economist and not some politician? Why is such a claim not rigorously investigated? Isn't that journalism?

Pffft. Show us your modelling and your assumptions.

Negative gearing isn’t being axed.

More nonsense from Murdoch. They really are running scared.

Vote labor if you want your house to be worth less and your mortgage to be bigger and for tenants to pay more in rent as landlords abandon the market

So, good news then. auspol

This is an unsubstantiated lie!

Auspol

Is this a news channel or a propaganda outlet?

BULLSHIT

And ScoMo could win the election, hahaha

Hahahahaha. 'Morrison'.

Please make sure this guy does not get into power he will destroy our country

Your only hearing half of the stuff he is going to do.. there his popular ones. Why is there not truth in political advertising. Why are lies allowed to be continued. And we wonder what shit hole we will be in 3 yrs time.

Given rents are based on supply and demand, and not house prices (rents don't go down when house prices do), adding in the 'rents will go up by 20%' is just to try and scare non homeowners

Various industry professionals have argued that it is not a bubble and that Australia's F-ing ridiculous house prices have the potential to keep rising in line with income growth. In other words, wages have flat-lined, the overpriced market is bursting.

BS.

Good news! It will give low to medium income earners more of a chance to afford to buy their first home 😊

Sledgehammer now...... Only a few weeks until the election, it will be a nuclear warhead by then according to the Muppets at newscorp 😂

The housing market is already crumbling how can you Blair Labor for that? Thus is just supporting one eyed rubbish. It’s against common sense.

Exactly what are houses or really I should land is truly worth It’s worth what someone will pay 3 Ben weatherboard or fibro brick box 1960,s style $650,000 to $3 million The actual house is worth $50,000

Typical labor grubs creating instability and uncertainty wherever they go.

Every home owner needs to think hard about this potential hit to their net worth. The housing slump right now is due to the elimination of overseas buyers and a correction in lending standards, under Labor’s ill-conceived tax grab, we will see a recession as investors disappear.

The housing market is already contracting you clowns.

This is not news, it is a heavily biased opinion of a politician

House prices are already crumbling. Looking for a scapegoat? How about Liberal economics?

You have to wonder how house prices ever went up before negative gearing was introduced. And as Labor’s plan grandfathers all existing arrangements, is the LNP really saying that the property mkt is so fragile that the only thing that will support it is new negative gearing

Murdoch Has Decreed This Story Be Put Out!

Good! Maybe then my kids and grandkids will be able to afford to buy their first home. They don't want investment properties, they want a home.

House prices already dropped under liberals nationals so why pushing negative gearing it won’t go any further it’s only new housing so stick facts

Your bias is blatant.

What hype!

Here we go again

Pinky Bill can do it!

How?

Government broadcaster. Propaganda channel. Racism central.

What utter nonsense. It’s no surprise that Australians have stopped listening to the PM.

Great, even out the playing fields, our children and grandchildren can buy a home! Back to the good old days of house prices, before the grubs ruined it. Sell up if your worried.

COUJD ...

You clowns posting below have no clue.

House prices going down is 'a crisis'? More people being able to afford housing and less homelessness is a crisis? That's the sort of 'crisis' we desperately need in this country at the moment.

.SkyNewsLies

Rubbish. Already crap

This is just rot. House prices already tanking Sydney and Melbourne under this govt. Why? They'd risen by insane amount in prior 2 years, now correcting. Plus wages (or being on casual rates) makes it impossible for many to get a loan, or service it.

Can Sky News explain why house prices have been tanking for last 1-2 years, in Sydney and Melbourne, under the Coalition government ? Serious question.

The MurdochPoliticalParty`s non stop smear campaign auspol
