The venue closed briefly in order to find a new home

Pilgrim was known for its ever-changing á la carte menu of peak-season vegetables and traditional Iberian cuisine as well as sustainably sourced meat and fish, all cooked over wood charcoal on a huge centrepiece live-fire hearth, inspired by the routes of the Camino de Santiago.

Founder Jamie Duffield said: "Pilgrim has always aimed to promote a sense of uncompromised quality and so when the opportunity arose to partner with WayMakr on this project, I knew that our mutual core values would be a great fit.
