San Antonio restaurants: Bar Loretta opens next-door market

Bar Loretta is taking traditional bodega bites to the next level with an adjoining market offering curated sandwiches and cheese boards. Bar Loretta Market held a grand opening March 16 at its location next door to the King William Historic District bar at 320 Beauregard St. Aside from the sandwiches and cheese boards, the market is stocking up on San Antonio favorites — Schilo's shared on social media that the shop will carry its famous hot mustard. Dinner options are also available.

One recent visitor posted that she picked up the Market Burger and a frozen King William Ranch Chicken Casserole and 'absolutely loved it.' For customers who want to get the Bar Loretta experience on the go, she also noted that the market offers bottled versions of its signature cocktails. 'I’m so glad they’re in the neighborhood,' Lizabeth Annette Burton wrote. 'Definitely put it on your list of places to check out soon!' Bar Loretta Market is open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
