Digital transformation company Version 1, which employs around 500 people at its Belfast base, has bought a London firm for an undisclosed sum.
It said its latest acquisition will add design expertise to capabilities which will bolster its offering, also adding analysis and research, creative problem solving and user-centred design. Version 1’s acquisition comes in a week when it also announced a major deal with Reach PLC, which owns Belfast Live.
