The city of Arlington has the opportunity to score three headquarters this week between E-Space Inc., GAC Media and Acciona Facility Services USA.

Arlington, located between Dallas and Fort Worth, is home to the corporate headquarters of Six Flags Entertainment Corp., along with a new Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center and AT&T Stadium in its Entertainment District.with Christian media company GAC Media LLC, Spanish maintenance firm Acciona Facility Services USA, LLC, and telecommunications and satellite manufacturing startup E-Space Inc.

E-Space’s phase of development would entail constructing a 250,000-square-foot manufacturing and office facility, along with 40,000 square feet of hangar space, among other requirements. A delivery date is slated for late 2026.hoping to place its U.S. headquarters by June 1 as it looks to enter the country for the first time. The small office would hold executive, legal, finance, and business development. The global conglomerate has more than 57,000 employees.

The relocation, expected to be completed by the end of the year, would include a minimum of 20 jobs. As part of the agreement, GAC is required to keep its base in Arlington through 2027.E-Space’s structure involves some complicated features that include Arlington Economic Development Corp. contributing up to $50 million to help along the construction of the facilities. In turn, AEDC would own the improvements and lease them to E-Space.

Additional incentives for E-Space include about $50,000 for hiring grants and rebates of 50% of taxes paid on business personal property in 2025 and 2026 — about $944,000. GAC’s arrangement includes the production and release of two videos that would showcase or highlight the city, in addition to $100,000 in grants. While Acciona would receive tax rebates amounting to about $650,000 tied to its sales over 10 years.A sprawling residential development is in the works in Collin County's Anna. Called Sherley Farms, the proposed project could one day include about 3,000 homes.
