In the property business spring is an extra special time of year to move house, says Claire Kendall of Richard Kendall Estate Agent

Spring is often said to be the best time to put your property on the market, to maximise the chance of a quick, stress-free sale, at a good price. We asked Claire Kendall from Yorkshire property firm Richard Kendall to explain why this trend developed, and to offer her top tips to make your home sell.
