Former Stars and Rangers owner Tom Hicks, banker Andy Beal and then developer Mehrdad Moayedi are among its previous owners. Since 2019, a trust associated with the prominent Cox family has owned the estate.The 27,000-square-foot limestone mansion epitomizes luxury. Inside, you’ll find 10 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms and five partial baths. The 3,000-square-foot primary suite has two bathrooms and opens to an outdoor terrace.The library has 1820s paneling from France.

The roughly 15-acre estate hit the market for $60 million last year, but a deal was never struck. This new listing has a lower price to reflect the acreage offered. The $47 million price tag includes only the home and the 12 acres it occupies.Three lots, roughly 1.3 acres each, aren’t included in the listing.
