Veteran Nigerian singer, Baba Fryo, says despite Burna Boy's alleged crazy nature, he approaches the music business with a sense of order. Appearing on the 'Hoha' podcast, the 'Denge Pose' croooner commended Burna Boy for always giving credit to sources of his inspiration. He, however, berated Ruger for not giving him credit despite 'copying' his style of using eyepatch. He also slammed Bella Shmurda for sampling his song without giving him credit.
There was a time I came across his interview on Facebook and he was claiming an incident involving him and a soldier inspired him. I was disappointed. I soliloquized, 'Africa! Black people will never give credit to whom it is due.' 'A lot of people said Burna Boy is crazy but Burna Boy mentioned 'Denge Pose' and he mentioned my name. He knew why he mentioned my name. Yet people say he is crazy. They call him an alien but he always does the right thing.
