A Chinese company by the name of Weibu appears to have beaten the crowd to the punch by prematurely revealing its new Intel-powered gaming handheld. And it's powered not just by any Intel chipset, but the chipmaker's yet-to-be-released Lunar Lake chipset.

The alleged Lunar Lake-powered gaming handheld, officially called the GP10, is an 11-inch handheld gaming PC, and that the company will be showing this at Computex this year. Of course, it doesn't hold the record as the first gaming handheld to be powered by an Intel chipset. That honour currently belongs to the MSI Claw that first made headway back at CES 2024.Weibu isn't a widely known or common name in the world of PC gaming, especially in the gaming handheld space.

There isn't a lot of detail surrounding the Lunar Lake-powered GP10 at the moment, at least beyond the display size and chipset powering it. However, given its pedigree, we could expect the console to support LPDDR5 RAM, perhaps M.2 2280 NVMe Gen4 SSDs, and perhaps Wi-Fi 7 and the latest Bluetooth connectivity. We'll just have to wait until Computext to find out.
