They joke about all the tea they can drink as part of their job but that's just one of the factors that make a company, founded in Nottinghamshire, one of the best places to work in the UK.
The 50-year-old heads up a team of six in Nottingham and says she wakes up in the morning happy to go to work. Out of all her previous jobs in retail and hospitality, this is her favourite, she said. If staff have suggestions for new tea flavours, their ideas are considered and it was one of the shop's former employees - who still works for the company in a different role - who came up with the idea for Candy Floss at the Fair, a homage to Goose Fair.
Another plus point is the company allowing staff time off when "life happens". Eva said: "If you need a bit of time off, a personal one for me is talking about perimenopause and menopause, and how the company can support women. If you're feeling a bit rough and haven't slept, you can take the morning off or start a little bit later, which takes the pressure off you.
