The family-friendly Clydebuilt Festival is returning this September with plenty of free fun on offer whether you're taking part, watching or just perusing their market.

A fun free festival to celebrate Scotland's maritime heritage is returning to Glasgow this autumn promising everything from Dragon boat racing to a maker's market.

With events taking place on the shore and on the water of the Clyde itself, the event is free to enjoy and family-friendly. While teams from around Glasgow are also being invited to battle it out to become the Dragon Boat Racing Champions and win the coveted Dragon Trophy. Posting about the festival, they wrote: "Not got your sea legs yet? Don’t worry, there’s plenty of action on dry land.
