With the recent changes to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspections into a single assessment framework, there has never been a more important time for organisations to ensure they are ready for being assessed.

This impacts all care providers, no matter how large or small, and ensuring all your staff have the right mindset for an inspection is key. Recently incorporated into the Yorkshire Care Group of companies, The CIA Group Ltd are one of the key consultancy firms in the UK who provide support and assistance to not only help care organisations pass their inspections and evidence assessments, but also showcase their amazing facilities and standard of care and support they provide.

There are currently no qualifications or requirements for individuals to carry out care quality consulting within the sector – again we want to change this.
