The new owners of a rebranded Co Tyrone restaurant say they want to put their own stamp on the popular Moy spot.

We don’t want to be pub grub and we don’t want to be fine dining.
A lengthy wine list will now be added to with a cocktail menu which Ryan hopes will cater for people out to enjoy a night out in the Co Tyrone town, which has become a hub recently for hospitality with several cafes, restaurants and bars opening there.
