An unsuccessful job applicant has been left furious when a company stole her ideas after she interviewed for a role there. Ben Askins, from London, read out an anonymous submission from a woman named Harriet who didn’t get a designer role after being told her “design style wasn’t the right look and feel” for the brand. However, after the job interview, the woman was stunned to see her creative work on the company’s Instagram page — without giving her any credit.

I am sorry that you didn’t get the role, there are several factors as to every hiring decision we make. Thanks, Sandra.” Ben, a managing director of a digital agency in the UK, was not impressed with the company’s sneaky act. “It’s utterly unacceptable and some companies have appalling reputations for doing this,” Ben explained. “She’s not even asking for credit, and they are still coming back like that, it’s just not good enough.” Ben called out Sandra’s response.
