Check out the companies making headlines in after-hours trading: CrowdStrike — The cybersecurity company jumped 7% after offering better-than-expected quarterly results and guidance. CrowdStrike posted adjusted earnings of 93 cents per share and $921 million in revenue for the first quarter, topping forecasts of 89 cents per share in earnings and $905 million in revenue from analysts polled by LSEG.

82 billion in revenue. Verint Systems — The customer interface platform's shares climbed 6.4% following an expectation-beating quarterly release and a guidance raise for the full year. Verint Systems saw 59 cents in adjusted earnings per share and $221.3 million in revenue for the first quarter. Analysts forecast earnings of 54 cents per share and $214.5 million of revenue, per LSEG. Guidewire Software — The manufacturer of software for insurance companies jumped 8%.
