Jim Cramer's daily rapid fire looks at stocks in the news outside the CNBC Investing Club portfolio. General Motors : The automaker approved a new $6 billion buyback and boosted its dividend by 33%. Jim Cramer has been calling for Ford, a CNBC Investing Club portfolio name, to do a buyback, too. "I am very upset with Ford. Ford has to do this. It's ridiculous," Cramer said Tuesday.
Cramer said this research note was so negative that "I don't care that i is down 28% for the year. It's going much lower." The stock was down more than 4.5% on Tuesday. GE Vernova : Citi started coverage of the stock with a neutral rating. "Gratuitous neutral," Cramer said. "Everyone wants nuclear. They want natural gas, and they want wind. You get it all with this one." He added, "Let it come in" before buying.
