The son of a security company owner, whose father was implicated in corruption in the Zondo Commission's report into state capture, says he is eager to take back a security contract awarded by the Western Cape government to his company, Royal Security, after the Supreme Court of Appeal ruled in his favour.
On Friday, the SCA dismissed an application lodged by a rival bidder to interdict the security tender the Western Cape infrastructure department awarded to Royal Security in 2021.
