A London residence once home to the late Princess of Wales’ father and stepmother has hit the market.

A London residence once home to Princess Diana’s father and stepmother has made a rare appearance on the market.

Built in the early 1980s, the four-story townhouse at 24 Farm Street was first linked to the late Lady Di back in 1990, when her father, Earl Spencer, bought it as a gift for her stepmother, Countess Raine Spencer .Upon Earl Spencer’s death two years later, Raine assumed full ownership of the property.

The house is now being sold by the Hobarts’ executors, Alan having passed away in 2021 and Mary in February of this year. Wetherell and Chestertons hold the listing.The kitchen in the home, where the Princess of Wales was said to be a regular visitor shortly before her 1997 death.
