Thermal insulation experts at a Telford firm have welcomed some ‘egg-citing’ new additions to their team – thanks to one of the company’s award-winning products.

And when a power cut threatened the lives of some baby chicks as they were preparing to hatch, the Stafford Park-based company swung into action.

“Our thermal cool bags are designed to prevent heat loss, so I was able to use one of them to transport the incubator and eggs safely to work. The bag meant I could maintain the temperature at a level which saved the chicks’ lives. “They’re certainly not our usual type of customers, but I really believe that without the thermal bag we would have lost them.”
