A customer engagement and loyalty platform, Bvndle, has stressed the need for businesses to move beyond generic loyalty programmes to solutions that foster enduring customer relationships.

This comes as Bvndle engaged the United Bank for Africa, UBA, and other partners to help customers earn rewards as they buy and sell or utilise services from its extensive network of partners.

“The Yard, an exclusive event happening on June 29th and 30th, will showcase the full spectrum of Bvndle’s offerings. She acknowledged the common frustrations with traditional loyalty programmes and underscored Bvndle’s customer-centric approach. The Bvndle app, available on Google Play and Apple Stores, aims to transform the customer experience while empowering businesses with robust, intuitive solutions to understand, engage, and incentivise their customers.
