The company, which employs 250 people at its Stafford Park headquarters, collected the inaugural Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award in the Confederation of Paper industries’ 2024 Paper Industry Gold Awards.

This award marks all the hard work that has gone into developing a more diverse and inclusive business where all our colleagues feel valued.”
It has improved labour turnover by more than 65 per cent, led to an 11 per cent increase in female directors and benefitted the financial wellbeing of 121 colleagues.
