It was described as one of the worst in Harrisburg's history and gutted the Brick Building at the market, which held roughly 20 vendors.'It was devastation.

After the construction manager hires an architect and other necessary contractors for the project, Baker expects the process to take at least two years and cost more than $20 million. He expected that it will likely be done in phases and include a number of modernized upgrades to the historic facility.'it is our goal to make everything ADA accessible. Everything needs to be up to code.
