Fifth-year guard Dylan Addae-Wusu wants to get Seton Hall back to the Big Dance

Seton Hall guard Dylan Addae-Wusu during the second half against the St. John's Red Storm, Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2024 in Newark, N.J. Addae-Wusu recorded a double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds and the Pirates won, 80-65.The 6-foot-4 Addae-Wusu entered the portal, but ultimately opted to return to the Pirates in May. He now says he has “unfinished business” in a Pirates uniform.

He believes that over time the roster will jell and the Pirates can be competitive in the rugged Big East. Without Richmond, Davis and Dawes, Addae-Wusu will be the lone remaining upperclassmen returning from the NIT team. Asked if it will be weird seeing Richmond in a St. John’s uniform, he said, “No, not at all. That’s just another game on our schedule. They wanna beat us, we wanna beat them so another competitive game. Big East basketball.”
