Federal safety investigators have cited a construction company in a deadly Boise Airport hangar collapse in January for several alleged violations, saying it exercised a “blatant disregard” for federal safety standards. KBOI-TV reports the Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced the citations Monday against Big D Builders, Inc.
