Some political parties have been holding their last election rallies ahead of the crucial national elections on Wednesday.
Earlier Ramaphosa told party supporters that the ANC was ready to serve the people of South Africa with dignity. He said the ANC had accepted all the mistakes it had committed in the past. He says, “ANC has commended itself for its commitment to ensuring gender parity on its lists to parliament and the nine provincial legislatures.” He adds that it is only the ANC that sees women as being competent to lead.
That is why we will ensure that girl children complete school and realise their academic potential, that women have equal opportunities at work, and that, working together, we end all forms of gender-based violence.
