A Sydney tenant is hopeful they will find a flatmate to fill their bottom bunk bed in Glebe.

The ad seeks a flatmate for a studio apartment in Glebe with the tenant explaining she only had need for the single bed on the top bunk.

The room does include a built-in wardrobe as well as a couch and a balcony and offers other amenities such as a gym and communal kitchen. Vacancy rates rose by 1.68 per cent in the June quarter, the highest rate seen in over 18 months, a further sign rents could be easing.
