Ok, I think the idea is great...but...it's PLASTIC. It melts when hot. In extreme heat in some areas what's preventing it from becoming soft and giving under the weight of a vehicle? Seems to be logical that this will not be a safe material for a road. Speed+Melting=Wrecks.

My V8 truck says THANK YOU.

What a wonderful use for uncyclable plastic - made in UK; shame it took a US TV station to report it. Why not BBC?

This is good.. they.need to account for point form pollution. microplastic leak to water table to make it better

Smearing plastics on the ground is a win for the planet? Prob not

Shut up

Is it safe? I won't eat seafood anymore because of the plastic in every sea creature. Disgusting.

If this really works, this is awesome and solves a REAL problem

A no go due to wear & tear from daily use leaching excessive microplastics into environment.

CarFinland To want do good

Surely this will mean more plastic particles in our atmosphere and environment?

Please deploy these in Michigan ✋

Human Progress for the WIN!

EURUSD_Alerts Good! Get the plastic that has thrown into the ocean by Asia as well as our own.

Excellent idea protecting the planet from the waist of the plastic ..

Who is the reporter 😍😍😍😍

Liberals taking patriots’ jobs again.

When the plastic road gets worn down then we will have micro plastics everywhere instead! This doesn’t seem to be really thought through

Innovative idea, with the passage of time the results will possibly convince to reuse the plastic waste say it will be a big relief.

mrpotholeuk More of this please 👏👏👏👏

Great to see my friend's MacRebur getting worldwide coverage for their fantastic idea. To use waste plastics in the fight for PotholeFreeRoads a win for everyone! IamBack2FightPotholes

Let’s do that all over USA!!!! WhiteHouse

Does it breakdown over time and leach into soil?

Very impressive effort

Perfect use. Start cleaning the oceans.

Stop saying it's not recyclable then...

Yes it can use for a lot of thing plastic can be use for a lot building house material

isn't that recycling?

Unlikely to be durable enough for heavy constant use.
