Snowflake reported fiscal second-quarter adjusted earnings of 18 cents per share, higher than the 16 cents per share expected by analysts surveyed by LSEG. Its revenue was $869 million for the period, higher than the $851 million expected by analysts.
Agilent Technologies — Shares of Agilent, which provides products used in laboratory processes, gained almost 2% on the back of its better-than-expected third-quarter earnings report. The company posted adjusted earnings per share of $1.32, while analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.26 per share. Revenue came out at $1.58 billion, slightly higher than analysts' expectations of $1.56 billion. Wolfspeed — The semiconductor stock slipped about 1%.
