Hill-Lewis says that the land could accommodate 800 residential units. He says the mixed development will include affordable housing and retail opportunities. “This is part of our efforts that we have been making over the last two years to get land through our city system out for more affordable accommodation throughout the city and we have had a good success on that. We have got more land released in the past two years than the ten years before that – we really are pushing hard.
