The Greene King pub will reopen in October

A well-known pub off a busy Nottinghamshire road will close its doors this weekend ahead of a month-long revamp project. The Arrow pub in Gedling Road, Arnold, will reap the benefits of a "six-figure" investment following a month-long closure, which begins on Monday, September 9.

A spokesperson for the pub said: "We’ll be saying goodbye for a little while as we make some exciting changes here at The Arrow.
