Rob McMillanStellantis has filed a lawsuit in federal court after United Auto Workers in Southern California threatened to go on strike.It was just over a year ago that workers at the Stellantis parts distribution center in Ontario walked off the job and went on strike.

Now, less than a year after coming to an agreement with Stellantis on a new contract, the United Auto Workers have voted overwhelmingly to authorize another strike, saying the company has failed to follow through on $19 billion in promised investments.
