Couple,Food Business,Mobile Stall

A Malaysian couple, Nor Syafira Eshak and Muhammad Fakrol Azim Kamarudin, turned to a mobile food business after facing financial difficulties that forced them to close their restaurant. They now operate a Nasi Arab Mandy stall out of their car, using savings to sustain their venture.

BESUT: Kegagalan sepasang suami isteri dalam perniagaan kedai makan tidak mematahkan semangat apabila mereka bangkit semula dan gembira berniaga Nasi Arab Mandy berkonsepkan but kereta.

Nor Syafira Eshak, 28, yang tinggal di Kampung Alor Lintah di sini berkata, dia dan suaminya, Muhammad Fakrol Azim Kamarudin, 29, terpaksa menutup kedai makan milik mereka pada Ogos lalu setelah mengalami masalah kewangan.Namun, apabila kedai yang diusahakan dua tahun lalu ditutup, kami terpaksa fokus berniaga Nasi Arab Mandy melalui but kereta bagi menampung per­belanjaan harian.

“Alhamdulillah meskipun kami diuji dengan masalah kewangan tetapi kami suami isteri masih boleh meneruskan perniagaan walaupun secara kecil-kecilan. Kami menggunakan duit simpanan untuk pertahankan perniagaan dan hingga kini kami bahagia berniaga cara ini,” katanya ketika ditemui di Kampung Raja di sini, semalam.

Katanya, dia tidak lagi perlu menanggung kos utiliti dan sewa kedai serta gaji pekerja apabila berniaga melalui but kereta. Katanya, perniagaan baharu itu dapat membantu dia dan suami untuk bangkit membina kembali perniagaan secara perlahan-lahan. – UTUSAN
