Two of the three Radzuma siblings accused of killing two Samwu leaders appear in the High Court in Thohoyandou, Limpopo on March 11, 2024.accused of killing two SAMWU leaders in Limpopo’s Vhembe district, is expected to testify when the trial within a trial resumes at the Thohoyandou High Court.
Ndivhuwo will be cross-examined on the alleged assault involving his brother Simon, who made a confession statement that is now in dispute. The siblings—Simon, Percy, and Ndivhuwo—are facing over 40 charges, including the murders of South African Municipal Workers’ Union leaders Timson Musetsho and Ronald Mani.
Musetsho and Mani were shot for opposing the investment of public funds by municipalities in the now-defunct VBS Mutual Bank. Simon Radzuma, who disputes his initial confession, concluded his testimony last week, claiming it was made under duress after he was allegedly assaulted by police. Ndivhuwo will testify in support of his brother.
