Ndivhuwo will be cross-examined on the alleged assault involving his brother Simon, who made a confession statement that is now in dispute. The siblings—Simon, Percy, and Ndivhuwo—are facing over 40 charges, including the murders of South African Municipal Workers’ Union leaders Timson Musetsho and Ronald Mani.

Musetsho and Mani were shot for opposing the investment of public funds by municipalities in the now-defunct VBS Mutual Bank.
