The unit which housed the original Revolution bar in one of the city's busiest nightlife areas has gone on the market. The Hockley Broad Street venue closed at the end of July after 27 years.

Now, a 'to let' sign has appeared outside the empty venue in Hockley, with the listing describing the site as an "established bar on a popular Nottingham circuit"."The premises are in the heart of the Hockley bar, restaurant and leisure circuit in Nottingham city centre, fronting Broad Street," a statement on a Zoopla listing reads.

The bar has been listed for a annual rental rate of £85,000 per annum. It has 441-person capacity with a big indoor seating area, bar and an outdoor area that opens out onto Broad Street.
