The Grade II-Listed property in Grimsby has gone on the market following recent refurbishment.

A Grade II-listed cemetery lodge has been put up for sale as a fixer-upper that could potentially be turned into a family home.

The property, which was built in 1888, has been empty for 12 years and the sale is being handled by PHH Commercial.said four rooms on the top floor could be turned into three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Rooms on the ground floor were also suitable for a kitchen and WC, it added. The listing said the works had "preserved the original features of the building in line with the Listing".In 2004, plans to convert the lodge into a yoga and meditation centre were approved, but works were never completed.
