AppleOne is expected to deliver several high-quality projects in the coming years as a timely response to a growing demand for upper midscale and upscale hotels. With 1,063 keys, the company is among the top hotel developers that will contribute to the 40,084 keys to be added to the existing inventory in the next six to seven years, amounting to 250 billion pesos.
In the same report by Leechiu, Radisson Hotels and Marriott International, whom AppleOne has partnered with for its future developments, have been identified as two of the leading international operators by pipeline keys. In its 2024 Philippine Accommodation Pipeline Report, Leechiu also cited Lapu-Lapu City and Panglao Island as the first and second destinations with the most significant accommodation developments.
