In an effort to encourage its single staff members to go on dates to strengthen their sense of belonging and boost overall happiness, a company in China is

now providing them with cash bonuses.

On top of that, if an employee matches with someone outside the company on the dating platform and maintains a relationship with them for 3 months, all parties involved will be rewarded with 1,000 yuan each.The company has allegedly given out about 10,000 yuan in introduction bonuses since introducing this initiative. Dating bonuses have yet to be handed out as this initiative has only been running for less than 3 months.
