An Alternative Christmas Market located away from the city centre has been announced its return. After debuting in Stockport last winter, Marigold Christmas Market has confirmed a brand new location for 2025.
Shining a light on the very best small businesses and brands from across Manchester, Christmas shoppers will be able to peruse gifts spanning fashion, accessories, homeware, prints, kidswear, jewellery. There will also be festive food and drink on offer during the event held between 12-6pm next weekend.
Stallholders this year will include ROOP, selling handbags and hair accessories, Evie Joynes with a selection of womenswear and night ware, and Bloma with their vintage-inspired jewellery. Shoppers will also be able to shop for knitted accessories from Sandwith studio, as well as homemade homewares from Thanks a Bunch, and prints and cards from Proper Good, plus kidswear from Be Diddy.
Although tickets are not necessary, organisers are recommending getting on for free here. There is a small charge of £1 on the door, which will be donated to Manchester Central Foodbank.
