The couple, originally from Dubai and Cork, respectively, met and worked as corporate lawyers before deciding to pursue their dream in Montepulciano. Their journey began with a belated honeymoon in 2017, which sparked a desire to settle in the picturesque region.

Over three years, they visited numerous properties to find the perfect spot, ultimately choosing a location that aligns with their vision of producing wine and offering agritourism services
