Batangas City continues to grow as a dynamic urban center with the introduction of The Forum I.T. Business Park, a landmark project by PonteFino Estates. This 4.26-hectare commercial township, certified as an Information Technology hub by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), is set to open in December 2028 and aims to foster a thriving business and IT environment.

Batangas City continues to emerge as a dynamic urban center fostering a vibrant business environment with the launch of The Forum I.T. Business Park, a development by PonteFino Estates.

Set to open in December 2028, the Forum is poised to become a hub for business and IT-related industries, commercial, and retail business owners. It will be built around the needs of technology-incentive companies engaged in Business Process Outsourcing and Knowledge Process Outsourcing . “We’re confident that this development by PonteFino will provide excellent returns for investors and contribute to the long-term development of the city,” he added.
