Our clients in the Consulting Space are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Enterprise Content Management to join their dynamic team. As part of their team, you will play a pivotal role in aligning document management requirements with organizational goals, bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, and driving the optimization of records management processes.

Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical implementation team to ensure clarity and alignment.Propose and implement strategies for optimizing document management processes.Required Skills & Experience:Certifications such as CBAP or equivalent are advantageous.Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management systems and tools.Proven ability to create and document detailed requirement specifications.Experience with leading ECM platforms .
