Inside the Netflix co-founder’s controversial plan to launch a private membership club at one of America’s most pristine resorts: “This isn’t about exclusivity for its own sake.”

The view from Powder Haven, the site of a new members club, residences and private ski lifts at Utah’s Powder Mountain.thrives on reinvention. Despite the new investments and programming on the public side, some regulars are disenchanted by the developments at PowMow, primarily because of the privatization of two of the formerly public lifts and the increase in pass prices.
