Nintendo has revealed its new Switch Lite, which launches for cheap this fall after going handheld-only.

and news announcement that they are launching the Nintendo Switch Lite this fall, a version of the original Switch that is only capable of playing games in handheld mode.reveal a September 20 launch for the Switch Lite, and a price point of $200, $100 less than the standard Nintendo Switch which still retails at $300 currently.

The Switch Lite supports any game that has handheld capabilities , and yes, it is able to play games online through Nintendo’s service there . If you’re like me, you probably spend a good chunk of your time playing your Switch in handheld mode even if you don’t have to. Yes, it’s obviously good for travel, but I found myself playing Zelda and Mario and such just laying on my couch in handheld mode rather than putting it on the TV five feet away. I’m not sure, but I just like it, and others feel the same way.
